Blue Cheese/Tomato Salad
Take your fresh garden tomatos and slice them ( I love the beefsteak variety) and put them on a plate.......add crumbled blue cheese, top with diced red onions and then pour either a vinagarette over the top, of my personal favorite, hot bacon dressing. Great side dish!!!!!!
