    Great for summer gatherings

    Cabbage And Ramen Noodle Salad

    Ingredients:
    1 small head chopped cabbage
    4 sliced green onions
    1 package of chicken ramen noodles
    2 TB sesame seeds
    1/2 cup slivered or sliced almonds
    1/2 cup oil
    3 TB apple cider vinegar
    3 TB sugar
    season packet from noodles
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp salt

    Directions:
    combine green onion, raw cabbage, raw (crumbled) ramen noodles. In another bowl, mix oil, vinegar, sugan, salt, pepper and seasoning packet from noodles. Pour over cabbage and mix well. Refrigerate 4-12 hours. Just before serving, toast almonds and sesame seeds in a dry skillet and add to salad just before serving.
    I don't suffer from insanity. I enjoy every minute of it.
