  • Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix

I keep a supply of this mix on hand, and sometimes double it when making a batch. It comes in handy!

    Dry Mix:

    1 Tblsp. garlic salt
    1 Tblsp. onion powder
    1 Tblsp. sugar
    2 Tblsp. oregano
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. basil
    1 Tblsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    2 Tblsp. salt

    Dressing Mix:

1/4 cup cider vinegar (I have started substituting balsamic vinegar just because of flavor preference, but both are good)
    2/3 cup vegetable oil
    2 Tblsp. water
    2 Tblsp. dry mix

If you mix this up in a Good Seasons cruet, you can follow the lines on the side of the container: vinegar/water/oil lines.
