You can use Fat Free everything and this is delicious! Just mix together and keep in fridge. It's great with strawberries, pineapple and melon chunks. My kids love it with apple slices.

WOW! Looks like I am late, but maybe someone can use this recipe. It is from Paula Deen, and I have had great success with it.

      FRENCH CREAM
      1 8 0z. cream cheese
      1 cup powdered sugar
      1 cup whipping cream
      1/4 cup granulated sugar
      1 lomon, zested and juiced
      Pineapple juice

Soften cream cheese and then whip with powdered sugar.
Whip the cream and sugar together until it forms soft peaks.
Combine beaten cream cheese, whipped cream, lemon juice and lemon zest.
Continue to beat, adding just enough pineapple juice to desired consistency.
Serve with fresh fruit tray of fruit salad.

I love fruit and it looks like some of you all do also. I have a few recipes that I thought you all might like to try remembering how different all our tastes are. I like them, I hope you all do too. Wink Hopefully, I'm not posting any repeats of what you all already have. My PINA COLADA FRUIT DIP is identical to Fatkats Coconut Fruit Dip and I started not to post it, but it has some extra ideas, so I went ahead.

Fruit Dips-(same as Simple Fruit Dip)

            7 oz marshmallow crème
            8 oz cream cheese
1 - 2 TBSP brown sugar, to taste

Beat together. Add a dash (1/4 tsp ginger) and about 1 tsp. of Orange zest. Cut up all different kinds of fruit. Nice summer dessert.

            PINA COLADA FRUIT DIP

8 oz can crushed pineapple in its own juice, undrained
3 1/2 oz pkg. instant coconut pudding and pie filling mix *
            3/4 cup milk
            1/2 cup dairy sour cream

In food processor bowl with metal blade or blender container, combine all ingredients. Cover; process 30 seconds. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight to blend flavors. Serve with fresh fruit. Makes 2 1/2 cups. I serve it usually in a pineapple that I've split in half lengthwise and hollowed out. Another good dip is simply caramel ice cream topping. Serve with sliced apples in the fall.

*My Notes: You could even change the kind of fruit and/or the flavor of pudding mix.

            Pink Lemonade-Lime Dip

Serve this tart dip with fresh fruit for a healthy snack or with sugar cookies for an easy dessert.

1 (6-ounce) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
            1 teaspoon grated lime rind

Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl until blended. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

Yield: Makes about 1 3/4 cups

Here is a recipe I found and used for moms surprise b-day party.....everyone loved it and there wasnt any left...she has been making it ever since. Even though she hates any sort of alcohol she loved this and couldnt believe what was in it.

              Fruit Fluff Dip

2 (3 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
              1 cup milk
              1/2 cup amaretto liqueur
1 (16 oz) container frozen whipped topping (thawed)

In a md bowl, mix together the vanilla pudding mix, milk and amaretto. Beat in thawed whipped topping. Chill one hour in the fridge before serving.
