Here is the other recipe, sorry it took so long. I just cut up tomatoes, cucumber and sweet onions (size depending). YUM
Vinaigrette for Cucumber/Tomato/Onion Salad
1/3 c. light olive oil
1/3 c. white wine vinegar
1 T. sugar
½ t. dried (of each) OR 2 t. fresh (of each) – thyme, oregano and basil
½ t. paprika
½ t. dry mustard
Whisk together and pour over veggies. Let stand at room temp. or refrigerate and then bring to room temp.
