The flavors in this marinade are incredible. You can also just marinate your sirloin steak and grill alone if not making kebobs.
Steak Kebob Marinade
2 TBS soy sauce (I use low sodium)
2 TBS honey (I used clover)
1 TBS fresh grated ginger (or 1 tsp dried ground)
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 TBS grated lemon peel (I used the peel from 3 left over lemon shells I had plus a bit of the fresh juice)
1/4 tsp crushed hot red pepper flakes
Mix in a large bowl and either add your sirloin cubes for the kebobs to the bowl or place marinade in a large baggie big enough to hold your steak and marinate for 2 hours.
