    Nat's Sub Sauce

This is a topping for cold sandwich subs. This is better if it sits for a bit, but not necessary.

    1 tablespoon Miracle Whip
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1 pinch salt

Mix all together. Spread on both sides of bread before adding your meat and veggies. Makes 4 servings.

I made this last night. I tripled the recipe and added 3 tsp. red wine vinegar and used cayenne pepper for half of the pepper. After I whisked it all up I poured it into a Good Seasonings cruet and let it chill for about an hour to blend the flavors. All I can say is YUMMY, especially for all the garlic lovers out there!
