Asian Salsa
4 large vine ripened tomatoes, diced
1 T. sesame seed oil
1 T. extra virgin olive oil
1 thai chili pepper, chopped
2 T. chopped fresh cilantro
1 T. chopped scallions
2 T. chopped red onion
1 T. oyster sauce
1/2 T. dark soy sauce
Mix all ingredients together. Season to taste with salt & pepper;
Chill well before servings
