    Justin Wilson's Lemon Butter Sauce

    1 stick real butter
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1-1/2 tsp. salt
    ground cayenne pepper to taste
    1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbls. chopped fresh parsley or 1-1/2 tsp. dried

    Over low heat in a small saucepan, melt butter & stir in remaining ingredients. Let heat through, then serve immediately.

    Great over broiled fish
    Yields about 1/2 cup


    Crabby Lemon Butter Sauce:
    For each serving, stir in after the parsley, 1 oz. of shredded crabmeat & heat through. This is wonderful ladled over broiled or fried soft shelled crabs.
