    I have made this many times and my kids enjoy. Also a good way to sneak vegetables in.

    Garlic sauce

    2 head of garlic roasted
    Few shakes of parsley and basil
    1 cup of olive oil
    1 cup parmesian cheese

    Roast garlic bulbs in oven on 325. Remove papery outside. Put in pan with little water cover with foil. Roast for about 30-35 minutes.

    After garlic is roasted squeeze inside into a food processer. Add all above ingredients in food processer .

    Next cook ziti according to package

    Vegetables I like to use is eggplant, mushrooms,peppers,zucchini. Sometimes I add chicken or shrimp. I sautee veges in oil and some cooking wine until soft.

    When ziti is done I mix all vegetables,including wine and oil from pan with garlic sauce. You may have to add more oil if it looks to dry. Add salt and pepper to your liking.
