Double Cheese Mac & Cheese
Kids love this even though its kinda a shortcut
1 box of mac & cheese (any kind with the sauce mix)
Shredded cheddar cheese (mild or sharp)
Fix mac & cheese according to package directions; heat oven to 325 degrees; place mac and cheese in sq. baking dish and sprinkle (heavily) with shredded cheese; place in oven and bake about 15-20 mins until cheese on top is melted and nice golden brown.
