I made these again the other night with jalapenos...very good. I will have to try them with crab!!!!!!

My daughter got married and I hadso much company
And I had so many house guest who came in for the Wedding I made these for Sunday brunch everyone went wild over them I told them it was a secert recipe well I had offers up to $50.00 FOR THE RECIPE It was fun when every one left I handed them all a recipe card .

I finally got around to making these last night - VERY good and easy! I used olive oil and added fresh cilantro. Next time diced jalapenos!

Guest repliedThe red curry paste was very similar to the Sun-Bird packet I used but I think it had a more deeper flavor. These are EXCELLENT and I don't think I could eat corn fritters any other way now.
