    10 oz pkg frozen carrots
    10 oz pkg frozen broccoli and cauliflower
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 can water chestnuts, dranined and sliced
    1/2 red pepper, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    4 oz grated cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 green onion, diced
    1 tbsp melted butter
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper

    Cook frozen vegetables 2 minutes after boil. Drain. Mix 1/2 cheese and all remaining ingredients. Pour over vegetables and mix. Put in buttered casserole and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350
