    1- 14.5oz Can Diced Tomatoes
    1- 14.5oz Can FF Chicken Broth
    1- Cup Medium Barley (Not quick Cook Kind)
    4 Cups Water
    1 T. Chili Powder or more to your taste
    1 Tsp. Cumin
    1- 15oz Can Black Beans (Rinsed well)
    1 Can Whole Kernel Corn or Corn w/ Peppers (Undrained)
    3 Cups Chicken Breast, cooked and cut into bite size pieces

    In 6 quart Kettle combine first 6 ingred. Over High Heat bring to a boil and cover. Reduce heat to Low. Simmer for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add Beans, Corn and Chicken. Increase heat to High until Chili comes to a boil. Cover and reduce to Low. Simmer for another 5 minutes or so until Barley is tender. If desired top with Shredded Cheese and Sour Cream.

    Makes 11 Cups.
