    YUMMY!
    I'll have to try this recipe, it sounds great. I have a sausage soup recipe but it is a cream based soup, not a tomato based soup.

    Sausage Soup

    2 3/4 cup Chicken stock or broth
    1/4 cup Heavy Cream
    1 Medium Potato
    2 cups Kale, chopped
    1/2 lb (8 ounces) Spicy Sausage
    1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes, crushed
    1/4 tsp Salt

    Combine stock and cream, heat on stove top. Slice unpeeled potato into small cubes, add to heated stock mix. Add in kale. Saute sausage, breaking into small pieces, once cooked thoroughly add into soup. Add Pepper flakes and salt and let simmer approx. 1 hour stirring occasionally.
