Crockpot Southwestern Chicken Stew
(another one that I can’t remember where I got it from)
About 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cooked)
1 large can chopped tomatoes with puree
3 cans Ranch Style beans
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small bag frozen corn
2 cups chicken broth
Throw ALL of the above ingredients into your crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over cooked rice. (WARNING: When you first put it all in the crockpot…it doesn’t look so pretty…but the taste is awesome!!!!)
