I have tried alot of chili recipes and I will only make this one from now on.
It is my favorite.
Chili
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 lb. spicy pork sausage
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 16 oz. can of Rotel brand tomatoes and chilis
1 16 oz. can of chili beans, drained
4 oz. jalapeno cheese grated or cheddar if you prefer
Note: If you like it more saucey, use more tomatoes and chilis and more beans. I go by what it looks like lol
Brown meat in skillet. Drain grease from pan. Mix all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook over low heat for several hours. Top with cheese when served.
