Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup
1 chicken, cleaned
2-3 cans chicken broth
season salt & pepper
celery salt
parsly flakes
1 bay leaf
bag meduim egg noodles
Place chicken in a large soup pot, cover with the chicken broth (use more chicken broth if you like or you can add more water), add seasoning salt, pepper,celery salt, parsley flakes and bay leaf. Cook until chicken is done and falling off the bone.
Remove chicken from the broth, let cool until it can be handled without burning your fingers, pull meat from chicken in shreds. Remove bay leaf from soup pot.
Place egg noodles in broth and cook until tender, return chicken meat to pan and simmer for 20 min.
