This is delicious and easy and can be done in oven or crockpot.

Tangy Oven Beef Stew

1 1/2 - 2 lb beef cubes
2 bags of frozen STEW VEGGIES - not sure on the OZ size of bag - I add more fresh veggies of whatever I have on hand

1/4 c chopped green pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c low sodium soy sauce
4 T worcestershire sauce
2 T brown sugar
salt to taste
1 c water (use no water if using crockpot)

Mix all together and cover and bake 350 for 5 hours or 300 for 3 hours or LOW - 8 hours in crockpot
