    Comfort food at it's best!

    Creamy Taco Soup (toh)

    2lbs ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste
    2 cans pinto beans, undrained
    1 large can Hormel chili without beans
    1 large can stewed tomatoes
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 lb Velveeta
    16 oz sour cream

    Brown ground beef with onions and seasoning. Drain. Put in large soup pot. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted and the soup is very hot.Gently stir in the sour cream and heat on low til very hot...Serve with Fritos on top
