Crisp Onion Roasted Potatoes:
Makes about 8 servings
1 envelope Lipton Onion-Mushroom recipe soup mix (or Onion Soup Mix)
1/2 c.olive oil
1/4 c.margarine or butter,melted
1 tsp.thyme leaves
1 tsp.marjoram leaves
1/4 tsp.(or more to taste)pepper
2 lbs.potatoes,cut in quarters
Preheat oven 450 degrees.
In shallow baking or roasting pan,thoroughly blend all ingredients except potatoes.Add potatoes turn to coat thoroughly.Bake,stirring occasionally,60 minutes or til potatoes are tender & golden brown.
