ORIENTAL SPINACH
Cook one 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach following package directions, but DO NOT drain.
Stir in one 16 ounce can bean sprouts, DRAINED and rinsed, and one 5 ounce can water chestnuts, DRAINED and sliced.
Heat to boiling, and drain.
Toss with 4 teaspoons soy sauce.
Serves 6 - 8
NOTE:
You can play with other seasonings, like Housin sauce, Oyster sauce, chili sauce, etc.
I also add minced fresh garlic.
Could not be more easy to prepare!
