1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
1 Tbsp, hot sauce
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 garlic cloves minced
1 lemon juiced
freshly grated black pepper to taste

Marinate okra for at least 1-2 hours. I usually do mine overnight. Thread on skewers 6-8 on each. Brush with marinade and grill 5-10 minutes or till done.
