ONION ROASTED POTATOES
2-4 large potatoes, cleaned & cut into chunks
1 pkg of lipton onion soup mix
1-2 tablespoons cooking oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
in large bowl place oil & onion soup mix; stir to mox well. Add potatoes to this mixture and toss potatoes ubtil throughly coated.
Place potatoes in a baking dish and bake 25-30 mins until potatoes are fork tender and good & brown, stirring often.
