CANDIED CARROTS


2 tablespoons butter
1(16oz) can whole small carrots, drained
2 tablespoons brown sugar
nutmeg to taste

Melt butter in saucepan.

Add carrots; sprinkle with brown sugar and nutmeg, simmer covered for about 10 mins.

Cook uncovered for about 5 minutes longer or until carrots are good and glazed.
