I have made this so many times and it always comes out nice. Enjoy!
ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE
3 cups zucchini, unpared and sliced thinly
dash pepper
½ tsp. marjoram
1 cup bisquick
½ tsp. oregano
½ cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic or equal powder
½ cup parmesan cheese
½ cup vegetable oil
2 tbsps. parsley
4 eggs, slightly beaten
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. seasoned salt
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Spread in greased oblong pan and bake until golden brown. Bake in a 350 oven for 25 minutes. Let cool slightly and cut into squares for appetizers or serve as vegetable dish. Good hot or cold.
