    1 10 oz box chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
    1 8 oz block of cream cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of celery)
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 15 oz can of french fried onions, divided

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small saucepan combine cream cheese and soup till hot and no longer lumpy. In a med bowl, combine spinach, soup mixture, water chestnuts, and 1/2 can of french fried onions. Pour into a 8x8 baking dish. Top with remaining onions. Bake for 20 minutes.

    This is good hot, cold, or room temperature.
