    Fast, easy & good.

    3 packages frozen artichokes
    3 packages frozed Stoffers spinach souffle
    1 cup med sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    1&1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese, fresh grated

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
    BUTTER YOUR 9X13 PAN

    Break up the frozen artichokes into your 9X13 inch baking pan.
    Distribute evenly over the bottom of the dish.
    Lay frozen spinach souffle on the top of the artichokes.
    Sprinkle cheeses over the spinach.
    COVER with foil.
    Bake for 90 minutes until hot & bubbly

    NOTE:
    You can take the foil off during last five minutes of baking if you like.
