    The Cheesey Corn Sautee

    corn - any kind (fresh or frozen that's been cooked, or even canned), approx 16 oz. (we like the canned mexican kind because it has some green and red chopped bell peppers in it)
    1/2 cup cheese, any kind
    1 T oil, any kind

    Heat oil and add onions if using, then add the corn and the cheese. Stir until melted.

    Serves about 5 people.
