    ROASTED GARLIC

    Cut or snip off 1/2" of the tip of the whole bulb to expose the clove tops. Remove the loose outer skin leaving bulb intact.

    Place garlic on a roaster plate (I use a terra cotta one with the plate and dome) and drizzle top with olive oil.

    Place the dome over the base plate in a 350 for approximately one hour or until garlic is tender and golden brown. Check often so not to burn.
