    Golden Corral Seafood Salad


    1 cup celery, diced 1/4 inch
    1 cup white onions, diced 1/4 inch
    1/2 cup green pepper, diced 1/4 inch
    1/2 cup ranch dressing
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    3 lbs Seafood Surimi (imitation crabmeat)


    Dice celery, green pepper, and onions.
    Squeeze thawed Seafood Surimi to remove excess water.
    Break up Seafood Surimi (imitation crabmeat).
    Add the celery, onions, and bell peppers. Stir thoroughly.
    Add the mayonnaise and ranch dressing and mix thoroughly until salad is completely mixed, and refrigerate.

    I've always loved Golden Corral's seafood salad and usually get 2 helpings and I absolutely hate green peppers and have never encountered them here in Florida. I never tasted onions in them either but I like them and they are the same color of the crab meat ,so if there aren't a lot of them I wouldn't notice. The rest of the recipe sounds good I would just omit the peppers. The only time I will tolerate them is if they are stuffed and cooked at least 2 hours in a seasoned tomato sauce.

      You could switch it to red or orange bell pepper, they're a lot sweeter tasting. I can't stand green bell peppers but I will eat the red ones raw. Love them!

        I would not use imitation crabmeat, that stuff is no good, well in my opinion. I would use real crab meat or shrimp.
