    Broccoli Squares

    1 c flour
    1 c milk
    4 Tbsp melted butter
    3 eggs
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking powder
1 lb jalapeņo cheese, cut into small pieces
1 bunch fresh steamed broccoli (5 minutes)

Spray 9 x 13 pan. Beat the flour and milk. Add the melted butter, eggs, salt and baking powder and mix well. Add the cheese cubes and the broccoli pieces. Mix well. Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares.

Can substitute 10 ounces frozen spinach for the broccoli to make hot spinach squares.

I used Monterrey Jack with Jalapenos and added additional jalapenos.
                Yummy.
