    Three Bean Mole Chili:
    Serves 4-6

    1(15oz.)can pinto beans,rinsed & drained
    1(15oz.)can black beans,rinsed & drained
    1(15&1/2oz.)can chili beans in spicy sauce,undrained
    1(14&1/2oz.)can Mexican or chili-style diced tomatoes,undrained
    1 large green bell pepper,diced
    1 small onion,diced
    1/2 c.vegetable broth
    1/4 c.prepared mole paste
    2 tsp.ground cumin
    2 tsp.chili powder
    2 tsp.ground coriander,opt.
    2 tsp.minced garlic

    Toppings:
    Crushed tortilla chips,chopped cilantro or shredded cheese,opt.

    Slow Cooker Directions:

    Combine beans,tomatoes w/juice,bell pepper,onions,broth,mole paste,cumin,chili powder,coriander if desired & garlic in a slow cooker,mix well.

    Cover,cook on low 5-6 hours or till vegetables are tender.

    Serve w/desired toppings.
