Felafel

Does anyone have a Tried and True recipe for Felafel. My neighbor of many years ago made wonderful Felafel but I have long since lost her recipe. I buy the Felafel when we eat out at our Mediterranean Restaurant but I don't care for the box mix available in the stores.

Oh yum! Hope someone has a recipe for this. My tongue remembers these wonderful felafel from a deli in the Marietta, GA area. DS was attending college there and his Mediterranean deli was one of his favorite places to eat. Keeping my fingers crossed for this one!
