    I lost my recipe! This dish is awesome! I can't find it on the Olive Garden website, or any other site.
    HELP!!!
    I want to make this tomorrow for a birthday dinner.
    I think I found the recipe from an online search and it was from a newspaper column in another part of the country.

      My husband wanted to go to Olive Garden for this very recipe on Father's Day. Unfortunately, we were out later the night before and our son was in NO mood to go out for supper. After some serching, I found this one on Zaar. I cheated and used jared sauce because I was in a rush, but Mike said it was pretty darn close to Olive Garden's recipe. . . (Thanks Bri22 for the recipe!)

      Ziti Al Forno

      16 servings
      1 hour 15 minutes 15 mins prep

      1 lb ziti pasta, cooked
      Salt
      Pasta sauce
      1 cup freshly grated romano cheese or parmigiano-reggiano cheese (I USED PARMESEAN AND RAMANO AND A LITTLE PROVALONE)
      1 cup ricotta cheese (I USED COTTAGE CHEESE)
      8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into small peices grated cheese, to sprinkle on top (I USED A 5 CHEESE ITALIAN BLEND)

      Put all the ziti in a large bowl.

      Toss ziti with 3 cups of the sauce and half of the grated cheese.
      Spoon half of the ziti into a casserole dish.
      Spread the ricotta over the top of the ziti.
      Sprinkle with the mozzerella and rest of grated cheese.
      Pour on 1 cup of sauce.
      Top with remaining ziti and rest of sauce (it will be almost overflowing) Sprinkle with more grated cheese.
      Bake covered with foil for 45 minutes and then uncovered for 15 minutes.
      Let stand 15 minutes.
