  • looking for fried chicken strips with orange sauce

I just had a dish which was chicken breasts cut into strips, marinated in some sort of orange juice based marinade, then breaded and fried in oil. There was some sort of orange sauce poured into the fry pan with the chicken and snow peas added. Served over a bowl of rice.

Any one out there have a recipe for this dish? sure was tasty

Think I need to put this on the menu for this week. Looks yummy. I hate orange chicken that is too spicy though.
