I am looking for a recipe that I used a lot and lost.....it was a strawberry pie and the top crust consisted of sour cream....not sure about the rest....maybe some flour and sugar? Does anyone have it?

This is not strawberry, was the sourcream part anything like this? We love this pie.
FRENCH PEAR PIE
1 (9 INCH) PIE CRUST
29 OZ. CAN PEAR HALVES, DRAINED
1/3 CUP SUGAR
1/8 TSP GINGER
1 CUP SOUR CREAM
1 EGG
STREUSEL TOPPING
3/4 CUP FLOUR
1/2 CUP FIRMLY PACKED BROWN SUGAR
1/2 TSP CINNAMIN
1/2 CUP MARGARINE
HEAT OVEN 400 DEGREES. PREPARE PASTRY, ARRANGE PEAR HALVES, CUT SIDE UP. IN SMALL BOWL, COMBINE SUGARE, GINGER, SOUR CREAM, AND EGG, BLEND WELL. POUR OVER PEARS. SPRINKLE WITH TOPPING. BAKE 25-30 MINUTES.
