I think that they use a national brand.

        Wendy's Sesame Dressing

        Sesame Dressing--Wendy's

        1/2 cup corn syrup
        3 T white vinegar
        4 T pineapple juice
        4 tsp. sugar
        1 T light brown sugar
        1 T rice wine vinegar
        1 T soy sauce
        1 tsp. sesame oil
        1/4 tsp. ground mustard
        1/4 tsp. ground ginger
        1/8 tsp. salt
        1/8 tsp. paprika
        dash garlic powder
        1/2 cup vegetable oil
        1/2 tsp. sesame seeds

Prepare dressing by combining all dressing ingredients except vegetable oil and sesame seeds in a blender on high speed. Slowly add oil to mixture (to create an emulsion). Add sesame seeds and blend for just a couple seconds. Pour dressing into a covered container (dressing cruet) and chill until needed.

I changed the recipe to cut most of the sugar out. I also stole the corn starch from another recipe to make it slightly thicker. I also add a little more water; with all the vinegar it is a little tart for me. I added the juice from the oranges because I did not want to open a can of pineapple juice for 2 tbsp.
I also never add 1/2 cup oil.

          FOR THE SESAME DRESSING:
          1/4 cup water
          1 tsp. cornstarch
          3 tbsp. white distilled vinegar
2 tbsp. juice from the mandarin oranges
          1 tbsp. light brown sugar
          1 pack of splenda
          1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
          2 tbsp. soy sauce
          1 tsp. sesame oil
          1/4 tsp. ground mustard
          1/4 tsp. ground ginger
          1/8 tsp. salt
          1/8 tsp. paprika
          dash garlic powder
          dash ground black pepper
          1/2 cup vegetable oil
          1/2 tsp. sesame seeds
Prepare dressing by combining all dressing ingredients except vegetable oil and sesame seeds in a sauce pan and cook till thicken. Let cool; slowly add oil to mixture (to create an emulsion). Add sesame seeds and blend for just a couple seconds. Pour dressing into a covered container (such as a dressing cruet) and chill until needed.
