Re: Need advice for bridal shower
Here's some charts to start with. Just google what you cannot find here

With the ziti, I went to a site that servings could be adjusted and it was about (1) 16.-oz box per every 10 people. I'm not sure that at a bridal shower that everyone will eat ziti, or if they do, they probably won't eat as much as if it is was a regular meal.

Need advice for bridal shower
Would anyone know approximately how many pounds of lunch meat and cheese I will need to make a cold-cut party platter for a bridal shower.
I want to use ham, turkey, roast beef along with swiss, provolone and white American cheese. 70 guests will attend. We are also having a baked ziti with meatballs and sausage bites with onions, green pepper and tomato, veggie and fruit trays etc.
Also, not sure how many boxes of ziti I should prepare. I don't want to over do it, but I also want to make sure I have enough to feed everyone.
Thanks for taking the time to read my post. Hope someone can helpTags: None
