  • Pork Loin Chops

    America's cut, boneless. Bought one pkg. got one free. How would you prepare them? I'd rather not use the oven as its over 90 degrees here now.

    I like them with a dijon cream sauce. I just very very lightly dip them in seasoned flour, brown on both sides in butter/olive oil mix, remove from pan and set aside briefly. I then pour in some heavy cream and whisk in some dijon mustard to taste. Briefly return the pork to the skillet before serving. I like this with rice or noodles and some 'pretty' green vegetable like snow peas or sugar snaps.
