I finally got my new pancakepuff maker. For those of you who have no idea what im talking about here is the website http://www. pancakepuff.com . Anyways long story short! I finally got this darn thing after waiting 4 weeks to get it and was really excited to try some of the recipes for the upcoming big party. But one problem is MY SON TOSSED THE RECIPE book in the trash! ahhhh darn kids..hehehe. Anyways I have found a few recipes from the website but was looking to make more then just the 4 recipes they offer. Does anyone have one of these and can I pllllleeeease get the recipes? I just don't want to have to order another one just to use this thing...hahhaha

    Thank you in advance

I have one of those pans but a different brand. I don't have any recipes either. I did see a few on the net surfing a time back. Let me see if I can find some. Too bad about your booklet. Do you think you could ask them to send you another?

My pan is called a "Aebelskiver".

Type in "Aebleskiver Recipe" in a search engine and a ton of recipes come up.

I know they are spelled differently but that is how the recipes came up.

Don't they? I bought DH the pan at Christmas because he had been making brunch. It still has the wrapper on it. I will crack the whip on him come Sunday! LOL

I bought a cast-iron Aebelskiver pan last year. My boss' mom had one that she used when they were growing up.

I've tried it once, but they stuck in there so badly, it was awful. I can't figure out how to season it well enough to make it non-stick like our other cast-iron pans.

TasteeTampa, did you use your pan yet? We made these yesterday and loved them!

                              Thanks for the link Wish!

Luvs2eat, have you tried using butter before adding the batter? Mine is non stick so we didn’t have any problems.

We filled a batch with raspberry jam, one with chopped jalapenos and another with raspberry jam mixed with chopped jalapenos. Topped with powdered sugar and maple syrup. Freakin’ yum!

                              Basic Buttermilk Pancake Puff Mix

(You can use your favorite pancake or waffle mix)
                              2 cups bisquick mix
                              1 3/4 cups buttermilk
                              1 teaspoon baking soda
                              1 egg

Mix bisquick mix, buttermilk, soda and egg in bowl. Heat Pancake Puff Pan™ and brush butter into each well. Fill wells 3/4 full with batter. You can add fresh fruit, bacon bits or cooked sausage pieces in center. When bubbles form on top and edges dry out, turn. Cook other side until golden brown. Drizzle your favorite syrup, jam or preserves on top and enjoy.
