Amerigo restaurant in Nashville makes the lightest tiramisu I've ever had. They serve it over vanilla cream and Kahlua chocolate sauce.

Triple layer sponge cake brushed with a Kahlua-espresso sauce, layered with a Marscapone Italian cream cheese. Served with Kahlua hot fudge and Cream Anglais.

I've come close, but I can't figure out how they get so much volume in the cream. Maybe gelatin?
