  • Swiss nut rolls

    I bought a couple from a traditional Swiss bakery. Buttery or cream cheese dough surrounding a mildly sweet nut filling. The size of a small crueller and glazed. I guess it seemed more like a danish then a cookie or bread.

    They were tasty and rich. The bakery is about 2 hours away- so I won't be making it a weekly trip. Does anyone have such a recipe? TIA
