This is not the one your asking about, but.... This is a great versitile pudding/pie filling for any occasion. Easy to whip up at last minute.

Add 3 cups of milk and sugar to sauce pan, heat just until boiling. Meanwhile, mix last 1 cup of milk, yolks and cornstarch together. As milk and sugar come to a boil, add milk/yolk mixture to sauce pan, heat until boiling, whisk/stir constantly, boil one minute, take off heat add vanilla and butter. Pour into pie crusts, or pudding dishes.

The one that cottun posted is the one that Stephanie posted on here a while ago. http://www.copykatchat.com/showthread.php?t=19985&highlight=banana
Can't find one without sweetened condensed milk.........The average woman would rather have beauty than brains, because the average man can see better than he can think.

This is an attempt at making a diet-friendly version of Paula Deen's 'Not Yo Mama's Banana Pudding
15 Minutes to Prepare and Cook
Ingredients
1 envelope Sans Sucre French Vanilla Mousse Mix, prepared following box directions
1 medium banana
1 teaspoon French Vanilla Extract
6 graham crackers
4 oz. fat free cream cheese, room temperature
Directions
Prepare mousse mix with an electric mixer following package directions. Add softened cream cheese and extract to pudding and continue beating to maintain light, smooth consistency. In bottom of a small rectangular baking dish (approx. 6" x 8") place three graham crackers (divided into 6 squares). Spread about 1 cup of pudding on crackers, top with banana slices. Sliced thinly, this should be about four slices per cracker section. Top with remaining pudding mix and spread smooth. Arrange remaining crackers on top, also divided into six squares. Refrigerate and serve same day to keep crackers from getting mushy and bananas fresh looking.
