  • Any T&T Pressure Cooking Recipes???

    Hi!

I recently purchased a Pressure Cooker (Electric) and was wondering if anyone has some tried and true recipes that they would like to share.

    Thank you in advance.

Several people in the past have posted that they have gotten alot of good recipes from www.missvickie.com.

Re: Any T&T Pressure Cooking Recipes???

I made the following last night in my pressure cooker and it was great! Absolutely LOVED the flavoring/texture...PERFECT!

          Pressure Cooker Chicken & Potatoes

          4 potatoes, whole/peeled
          4 Chicken breasts (Frozen) - I used boneless/skinless breasts.
½ cup Chicken broth + a couple TBSP of Frank’s hot sauce mixed together.
1 cup Frank’s Hot Sauce (If you want, you can use BBQ sauce in place of the hot sauce)

Put potatoes on bottom of PC and add a small amount (approximately an inch) - ½ to ¾ cup chicken broth in Pressure Cooker. - I used 1/2 cup.

Put frozen or chicken breasts in the pressure cooker on top of the potatoes. Add (to your liking… as little or as much) Frank’s Hot Sauce on top of your chicken (About 1-2 cups) – I only used 1 cup and it was plenty.

Set the pressure cooker for 26 minutes. Enjoy!

One of the guys that I work with said that he fixed this the other night only used BBQ sauce instead of hot sauce in the PC, he let the chicken sit for about 5 minutes before eating. He raved about it using the BBQ sauce.
