What to do with mangos...

I have 2 mangos that will need to be used in the next couple days, any ideas on what to do with them? I think I'm going to try the Mango Colada that I found on here. What else??

Fruit salad, Smoothie. Peel/dice and freeze them for later. Coconut rice and mango slices. cottage cheese and mango slices.

I dice them and put in tortilla roll ups (tortilla spread with cream cheese, layered with sliced turkey, baby spinach leaves, cubed cheese, diced green pepper and mango; roll up and cut in spirals). It's really good.

I always mix a finely chopped mango w/ salsa.... yum.
