I've searched a gazillion recipes and cannot find one that is as airy & light as Stella Doro's anise-flavored biscotti.
If anybody has that recipe PLEASE let me know. Perhaps they use egg whites, not sure but I do know I make pretty good biscotti but do not come close to the manufactured product BUT I won't buy 'em cuz I'm determined to find the recipe. Tee hee.
