    I like the kind of pizza dough that's chewy and has the big bubbles in it, the only one around here is Mr.Jim's pizza. I cant get mine to ever turn out like it I think I mite have tried at least ten different recipes

    Are you talking about the crust? If so, it's not the recipe - its the oven. Commercial pizza ovens are as hot as 700 and up, so it only takes a few minutes to cook, and give the pizza that distinct texture. Try making you next one at your oven's highest setting, with your pizza on the lowest part of the oven, preferably using a pizza stone or screen.
