I Have an interesting recipe for oven pancakes if you are interested.

            1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup buttermilk (can use sweet milk)
            2 eggs
            1/2 stick butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish in the preheated oven. Mix flour, buttermilk (or milk) and eggs until well blended. Do not beat.
Pour the batter onto the melted butter and place in oven at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes. Serve with syrup or powdered sugar.
