  • The mini meatloaves from the Kraft Food mag

I tried them with a mashed potato stuffing and it came out SO weird- the tops rose up, like little hats ! Anyone ?
I don't want buns of steel. I want buns of cinnamon !!!

I've made my own version of mini-meatloaves. I just cook them in muffin tins - great for single servings. Never stuffed them though

        Mini Meatloaves

        1 lb ground beef
        1 6oz package stuffing mix
        1 tsp garlic powder
        1 cup water
        cup barbecue sauce
        shredded cheese

Mix hamburger, water, garlic powder, and stuffing mix. Divide mixture between 12 greased muffin cups. Make an indentation in the middle of each with the back of a spoon. Divide barbecue sauce among the 12 cups.

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Top each muffin with some cheese and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.

Not in original recipe but maybe an egg should be added?
